The
annual Georgia Falconry Association field meet was
held this year in Pine Mountain, Georgia on the Martin
Luther King
Day weekend. Our President, Joey Seabolt had this
to say concerning the meet:
"This
years meet was an eventful one. A good number of
new apprentices and several who are working toward
being permitted by next season were in attendance.
The weather didn't cooperate with the snow
and ice, but all had a great time. The
banquet and raffle was a great success. All things
considered the meet was well attended with 40 at
the banquet.
Thanks to all who worked on the details and made
everyone feel welcome.
Looking forward to our next event."
